Good location, but…

Just an overnight trip to San Antonio for a graduation. You can’t beat the location and convenience of this property, that’s why we stay here. But my room was disappointing; it felt like it needed some detailed cleaning, especially in the floors ands in the bathroom.

Dog resort right next door so I woke up each morning to tons of dogs barking. Otherwise not a bad hotel.

We had a few "uninvited" guest in our room. We had to take out our trash after we had dinner in the room (we stayed two nights) And worst of all someone entered our room in the middle of the night. I informed the front desk and was accused of leaving my door open overnight because there was no possible other way it could have happened. I will never stay at a Marriott property again. The management didn't feel the need to offer an apology or anything for the inconvenience.

Room was clean, and both front attendants during my stay were amazing and helpful. My wife and kids loved the stay as well. The pool was the perfect size for my toddlers and teen. We have nothing bad to say about our stay :) Breakfast was good.

Hotel room was nice, clean & newer. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is very close to the San Antonio airport. The hotel does offer a shuttle as well. Free parking. The negative would be our toilet in our room was very loose and didn’t feel secure.
