The hallways smelled weird....game rooms stank, and the fish tanks were dirty. But the rooms were clean enough.

Great staff! Good breakfast, everyone was able to find something to their liking. Our room did have a bathroom door that swung inward making for a slightly awkward entry and exit, but livable with. The free arcade room and pool was a hit with my grandchild, she didn't get a chance to try out the miniature golf course, but it looked pretty good. The only negatives were rather picky. Ice machine and drinks machine were both out of order on the first floor, but worked fine on the second. The spa worked fine, but was not heated. If that is the worst I could come up with, then by all means would stay here again! 10 minute drive to Seaworld on a Monday morning.

We come here to Quality Inn once a month for our visit to SeaWorld and Fiesta Texas. The check-in is quick, the room is clean, and the breakfast is always delicious.

The shower in my room was not functioning properly, as water was spilling out onto the bathroom floor during use. Additionally, the pool towels provided were not clean; one even had chewing gum stuck to it. Furthermore, I noticed a piece of food on the windowsill in my bedroom.

I booked King bed, the front desk sent me to a 2 beds room at 318, which was not cleaned, bed was not made, garbage was not cleaned. I showed my reservation to the front desk that I booked a king bed room, she said she received from Expedia 2 beds room. I asked her show me the record, she said she had changed it to be king size, no way to show me. She also said the cleaning lady was very good, and she had reported the room unclean to her manager. I do not understand how she could send us to the uncleaned room. Then she sent us to room 119, where smell mold. If they change hotel name as None Quality Hotel, will be more accurate. Probably will never stay any Quality Inn the rest of my hotel staying.

The manager locked us out of our rooms, there were 3 rooms at 10:15 a.m. when check out time was 11:00 a.m. We had informed him that we might need the rooms for another night. After being locked out then finally given access, we were out before 11:00 & decided not to stay after being insulted. The day manager threatened to strike my son by holding up his hands in fists. He also threatened to call the police on myself and my son. I hope to get at least an apology for this inconvenience and for the trauma caused to my 6 grandchildren, who witnessed all of this.

The staff at the property are very helpful and go above and beyond. I have stayed at this location before and have had nothing but good experiences. The people in the room next to me however were very loud but staff took care of it right away before I even said anything. 10/10 stay.

Very nice easy check in. Room was great. Bed comfortable. Clean easy accessible for a senior bathrooom. TV channels werent what the guide said they were but at least you had channels of good variety to watch.

The staff was great. They never came to clean the room. We ordered pizza for room 222 and woke up around 3am to get a slice of pizza and there was a roach in the pizza box. I took pictures and threw away $100 worth of pizza. Very disappointed.

I am requesting a refund. My room was directly next to a game rec room, the pool was dirty and did not work and the reason I booked this room was for the hot tub which was filthy and non functioning. I also got food poisininh from their breakfast.

Did not like the surprise $30 hospitality fee when arrive. Bathroom is not maintained. Tub is chipped. Bathroom door did not lock and bathroom door is chipped. Beds are noisy
