The room was sufficient. We checked in late the first night. We have never been asked for a deposit, but when I extended our stay they wanted a $30 early check in fee, and a $50 deposit. I explained that we had never been asked for a deposit when we stayed, and why would we owe an early check in fee if we were extending our stay. We weren't leaving and coming back. That's exactly what we were expected to do. I said that makes no sense. Just another way of putting more money in their pocket.

Decent hotel for one night, no complaints, staff very helpful, great location for food options, best part is, $50 cash deposit at check-in and returned after quick inspection of your room at check-out! At other hotels you have to use same card you purchased room with for the deposit and then wait a month to receive the $150 deposit they charged you!

In the Hood, Below Average but Workable

It's in the hood. Its workable but not average quality. Maybe 2.5 stars, but you get what you pay for. No amenities. No shampoo or body wash. Took my first shower with hand bar soap. Many of the towels had stains on them. I stayed 4 days (pre-paid) for a trip to visit a sick family member in the hospital. I had to wear sandals when I walked on the wood floors or it would get my feet dirty. I asked for a couple extra towels & I was told, "sorry it's 1 for 1, you give me dirty ones and I give you clean." There was a fridge/freezer, and a decent TV. The price is good, but if you're looking for an average but kinda nice room, this isn't it. If you're looking for a place to crash and leave, it's workable.

Worst Motel 6 stay. I wont ever stay at another one anywhere after this. It looked like ex-prisoner types were staying there, very low class noisy customers in and out after midnight, a fight between a couple broke out and I thought somebody was going to get shot — the mgr did tell them to leave thankfully- non-stop traffic noise on I10. People at desk were decent and hot water was great.

First of all had issues with our air-conditioning. The guy got mad because we had gotten into the room and use the restroom and therefore the room was un soluble to be renewed. I’m like with the palm is the air conditioner. Get some in there to fix it. And it was loud put it in another room oh my God it’s horrible. Had blood stains on towels holes cigarette burns in the blankets and the air vents were out and lastly, in most importantly, they had removed the fire alarm so if there was a fire, you would’ve been screwed. Also the neighborhood while plenty of restaurants have a lot of homeless people would not recommend.
