The room has a really weird layout and tiny shower area. Self-parking is sold out but we literally just parked on the street (metered) and save 50+ dollars. Other than that room is clean and staff are friendly!

Trip to San Antonio

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo on the San Antonio Riverwalk! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beautiful riverwalk yet still peaceful and relaxing. The hotel itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, with a modern charm that made it feel inviting. The staff was outstanding—friendly, helpful, and always ready with a smile or suggestion for places to visit nearby. My room was spacious and well-kept, with a great view and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the easy access to restaurants and attractions along the river, but it was also nice to come back to such a welcoming and quiet place at the end of the day. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo for anyone visiting San Antonio—you’ll get both comfort and convenience in one spot!

Great stay with spacious rooms and friendly staff. Located a few walking blocks from the tourist sites and attractions - Riverwalk. Just a few minutes away from the Pearl area as well.

This Hotel Indigo was BY FAR, the worst General hotel experience. As for Hotel Indigo, It WAS absolutely Terrible. 3 inch Cockroaches...Terrible DOG/PEt smells. The Staff was terrible. The food service manager is "the worst" mean, rude, and nasty "Ruben"!! The staff was totally NON responsive.... NO, compensation for a TERRIBLE smelling room and 3 inch Roaches. AVOID/TERRIBLE!! JUST simply, BAD, REALLY BAD, TERRIBLE PROPERTY..........AVOID at all cost!! The HOTEL staff is terribly trained...The Valet guys just sit around and are not helpful... Compared to other Hotel Indigo props....where the staff is excellent, helpful and courteous...... IHG needs to make a complete overhaul of the terrible staff!!

Fun and friendly hotel

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, but disorganized, and shorthanded at the valet service at the time, so I had to wait for the vehicle for a while; and the entrance area, while well very ornate and historical looking, was tight because of all the cars left there and so had trouble getting my tundra out. The hotel was gracious enough though to make up for valet difficulties by treating us to a free breakfast. I would stay there again though, definitely

Average stay in an above average location.

I drove up and was asked to pay $52 per night for parking. That set the tone for the stay! When I got into the bed, the comforter had a hair ball on it. The room was quaint but overall not that much different than a chain hotel that is cheaper. The location is advantageous if you are spending a lot of time on the Riverwalk. It is still a 20 minute trek to most things. The staff are helpful. The alcoholic drinks are good and the bartenders are really nice and helpful. It has a nice patio if you do not mind sharing with smokers. Bottom line: you are paying for location. I did not see anything above average in this location.

This was our first time at hotel indigo Riverwalk. The hotel was right on the river and you could walk everywhere so we took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and back again it was affordable and we really enjoyed ourselves. The bed was very comfortable and all of The employees from the front desk to the bartender to the waitresses were so nice and friendly and helpful. We surely would stay here again.
