The property is so conveniently located in downtown San Antonio. There's a lot of foot traffic in the area so you feel safe walking to different areas and attractions. The staff was soooo friendly. The only thing I'd say needed improvement is that they should have fresh oatmeal instead of packets; but I'm just picky about that. The hot breakfast was very good.

This hotel is nice, staff is helpful and it’s clean. There are a lot of homeless people in the area but the hotel requires a key to get in after dark so it is fairly safe.

Location was great not far from the riverwalk. Only downside was parking. Having to pay extra to park on the side of the building or still having to pay and then parking about a block away was my only issue.
