I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout my visit. I especially want to recognize Annette, who works in the breakfast area. She was always cheerful, attentive, and made sure everything was clean, organized, and well stocked. She pays close attention to the little details and makes the breakfast area feel welcoming. You can truly tell that Annette enjoys her job and takes pride in what she does. Thank you to Annette and the entire staff for making my stay such a positive experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Pretty standard room with a great location. Everything was within walking distance, and it had gated parking. The mattress could have been better—it caused back pain for both me and my wife—but other than that, it was a great stay.

front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. the room was okay. the room was hot and humid upon arrival and took several hours for it to cool down. bathroom had some black mold on the ceiling and in the tub/shower walls. beds were small for 2 and not very comfortable. decent location, just on the outskirts of downtown, about a 10-20 min depending where you want to go. overall, I wouldn't go back to this location because of the room cleanliness and quality.

The staff and the breakfast were good. There was no parking on Saturday and we had to park across the street for $50 every 8ish hours. The room was not clean and there was hair in the showers. The parking lot is covered in bird poop. I love the Hampton inn but this one was just not as clean.

We received fast and friendly service. I loved that we could just walk to the river walk instead of driving and paying exrra parking fees. I disliked that parking was not free, but I understand that it's convenient to stay there because of the river walk and they have their reasons to charge. Other than that, our stay was good.
