My room had loose ragged material hanging from under the mattresses. The bathroom floor was filthy. The toilet stopped up and the guests above were super loud. The hallways on the third floor had says s on the carpet from paint and construction throughout. It was not appealing at all. The staff was super nice though.

Hotel facilities are nice and clean; however, I was overcharged, and as soon as I realized & called to get more details about it, they couldn't explain that. The supervisor on shift was rude over the phone and was not able to find my reservation/name/record in the system, and simply told me to call my bank without helping at all. Terrible customer service from management, very unfortunate bc the hotel was a nice option to return in the future

Had an awesome stay here! The hotel was super family-friendly, clean, and comfy. It’s also close to SeaWorld, so we didn’t have to deal with long drives. The pool was definitely a standout — super nice and perfect for unwinding after a day at the park. Definitely recommend!
