The hotel is a historic building upgraded. Very good job and a unique experience. The Alamo and river walk are within a 5 minute walk. Very clean and safe area.

Street noise was VERY amplified in the room. Dirty hand towel was found in the bathroom. K-cup machine didnt work, but that was fine as they had good coffee in the lobby. The hotel is located a couple of blocks outside of what I would consider my "comfort zone" in terms of personal safety.

I love this historical building! The gentleman at the front was so polite. Check in was easy and fast. The location was perfect, we were just far enough to be out of all the commotion but in a safe and quiet area. Everything was within walking distance! Parking was great. The room was small but perfect for us, we just needed a place to sleep. Bathroom was spacious and shower felt amazing! No complaints. We had a wonderful time!

Pretty good for the price. Parking was a little confusing and we didn’t have soap in our room, just lotion and conditioner (?) No remote for the tv either. Other than that though it was pretty good! Indoor pool, and staff was more than kind. A little dirty in the hallways.
