Great Location for BMT Graduation

The proximity to Lackland Air Force Base is by far the best quality. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was served, but it was hot and the portions were generous. I would stay there again.

Cleanliness #1, staff very courteous, all amenities good. Breakfast excellent. Overall it was a great experience . I give them 5 stars Only negative hot tub whirlpool wasn’t working but that is nothing compared to the rest of the experience.

The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and the cleaning staff did a great job every day. They really tried hard with a real nice breakfast. And overall, it was a very, very nice group there that ran that hotel, and it was in good shape and very nice.

There were some complications on my side when we arrived. The staff was extremely patient and helpful. They also provided maps for the BMT Graduation and served breakfast early on the graduation dates. The pool and hot tub area was clean. The coffee and latte machine stayed full 5am to 10pm.

Room was in fair condition. The mattress I slept on had one side which was sunken in. The toilet had low pressure, so I had to flush several times. It was reported to the front desk, but I suppose there was not staff available to fix the problem that night as it was Christmas Eve. Disappointed that there were no USB connections available to charge up our phones. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed in this hotel over the years and have noticed that it needs updating. The area is no longer as safe a place as it was years ago as a customer's truck was broken into while we were there. The price for the room was fair through Expedia.
