Chalets en Sampford Arundel

“The Tiverton Hotel is located a short way in to the town off the A361, the North Devon Link Road and around a 10 minutes walk into the town centre so a good location. Plenty of parking. The room was a good size, clean, tidy and comfortable. I do feel the chair seat base cushions could do with a shampoo or was that just the wear on the material? The bathroom was clean and well stocked. Check in and out was quick and friendly. I would stay here again.”

“Great staff and comfortable. Loved it.”

“So disappointed - avoid this establishment until something changes! We arrived just before 8pm and went straight to check in and have dinner in the restaurant, we were informed that the kitchen was busy and there would be a wait, which was fine, however 90mins later we still had no food and when it did come out it was lukewarm and three out of seven meals were missing something. “Excelente ubicación e instalaciones”

“So clean, our room was immaculate so were all the other areas of the hotel. Really lovely stay, fabulous breakfast and dinner!”

“This is an excellent family run bed and breakfast in the centre of Tavistock. The room was spacious and even though the room was facing the road, I could not hear any traffic. The location was excellent and I loved the character of the road and houses. I would visit again.”

“Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun.”

“Breakfast was lovely”

“I understood there was no staff member on site so no complaints there. But we were not sent the check in code and had to make repeated calls to Expedia before this happened. The hotel is conveniently located and does have good parking. The rooms themselves are extremely basic. Not especially clean and with bare minimum of amenities i.e. only 2 pillows in a double room, very thin duvet and no heating so we were cold at night. On balance, I would not recommend or return here again.”

“This is a magnificent place. All of the decorations are perfect and the staff are friendly and helpful. A great step back in time!!”
