“Me hicieron un “upgrade” de habitacion forzoso por alguna razon. La habitacion con el upgrade incluyo una tina a la mitad del cuarto que podria estar bien para alguna pareja pero ese upgrade me quito la terraza que venia en mi reservacion original. El “upgrade” tambien provoco que cambiara el numero de cuarto y codigo de acceso que ya me habian enviado. En lo que entendi que me habian cambiado de cuarto paso casi una hora ya que el equipo de servicio a cliente no contestaba. Este hotel opera mas...

“It was all done by computers and the system didn’t work. We wasted 2 hours and had to go to a meeting without being able to shower and change, because the rom wasn’t clean.”

“Great location, but it's very loud - traffic, buses, delivery trucks, and horns all night on one side and very lively cafe/ pub noise under the bedroom window. I also was a bit nervous about privacy given the spiral staircase is open to the ground floor from the middle of our suite, so we could also hear other guests coming and going. We were so tired from exploring the fabulous city that we were able to sleep (although woken a lot through the night). Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers. The...

“Property is in a residential neighborhood about 15 minutes by bus to the main part of the city. We were able to walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Kitchen has only salt and pepper so come prepared if you intend to cook, but there is a coffee maker and tea provided. Bed was comfy. Free washer and dryer in basement which was wonderful. There is no elevator.”
