“I made a reservation at this hotel, but upon arrival, I was informed that it had been cancelled because, according to them, we didn’t confirm it—despite never being contacted or informed that confirmation was required. This caused significant inconvenience, as I had to search for alternative accommodation at the last minute. I ended up visiting over ten hotels before finally finding a room. To make matters worse, the hotel later charged me as if I had checked in, even though I never stayed...

“We had a great experience staying at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. Overall, everything was good, and we enjoyed our stay. There are a few small areas that could be improved, but we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended!”

“Everything we needed to stay for one night and go back to the airport. It’s located nearby a nice park. We used their transport to the airport, very useful.”
