Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, and hot water. The hotel is close to the airport and they offer free shuttle to/from airport. They also have a shuttle to the cruise ship for a fee.

At times it was a little noisy, hearing sounds from outside the room door or the floor above us. Staff was very helpful, scheduling shuttles for us, providing info for restaurants. As far as the breakfast, it would have been helpful if there was at least one gluten-free bread option and one non-dairy milk option for coffee or oatmeal.

Ive stayed in a few hotels But this one has been the only one I can actually smell that the sheets are clean , and i feel happy to lay them on my skin , the breakfast area was very clean , staff were on top of cleaning after someone got up from their table , my room wasn't as cold as I would have like but its ok it was only one day
