“The staff was extremely helpful, ready to resolve all questions. The apartment was ok, all in working condition. There are no bedside lamps. We were hot in the room but the air conditioning makes it too cold there. Anyway, it is something you can adjust to. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The location by the way is great!”

The staff was perfect and especially Kaya -the all around boy in the reception- was so good. He will be a good manager one day. The hotel has all inclusive which I did not know was in my booking. And normally it is awful but I must say: the food was really good and it was clean in the area. Good choice of drinking etc. and again: very nice staff. We downgraded us from a room...

He was a total life saver in putting in the extra effort to help find me accommodations and saving my trip that created memories that will last a life time.
