We have only a good experience in Villa Sonata. Hotel is located on the hill, so you can have great view to the city. Even that it's a city center it's quiet and a lot of plans and trees around the hotel. It's really beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. We have booked a standard room and they give us much more bigger room with a lot of space, it was really nice, thank you! Totally recommend :)

Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return. There is a hill that you have to walk up and down to go shopping, great excercise.

I liked the location and that it was so quiet. I liked all the cats and the back door exit to a more wild nature and old houses and walking up stairs I found a play ground where the morning sun could be enjoyed. The room was ok, but would have prefered a proper desk with a proper chair as I should work from my laptop while staying. Also the internet sometimes disconnected.

This is an amazing property. It sits on a small hill overlooking Alanya and Cleopatra beach. It is so close to the Teleferic cable car which transports tourists up to the walled fortress for exceptional views of the Mediterranean coastline for many miles. Rooms all have patios or balconies. The staff are very accommodating and professional and helped us feel welcome. Excellent restaurant and 2 medium sized pools with lots of lounges. Wonderful value. Would definitely return as it is optimally positioned for getting around Alanya. We left our rental car sit 3 days as it wasn’t needed. 200M to Dalmatas cave. A must see!

Açıkçası temiz bulmadım, çarşafların yıkandığından emin olamadım çünkü yorganı kaldırdığımda siyah saç telleri gördüm. Belki de sererken düşmüştür bilmiyorum ama rahatsız oldum. Saat geç olduğu için, yorgun olduğum için ve tek kaldığım için odadan çıkıp bildirmedim. Geldiğimde odada nem/küf gibi bir koku vardı, havalandırdım, ertesi gün odadan çıkıp döndüğümde yine aynı kokuyla karşılaştım. Duvarlarda ses yalıtımı yok koridorda yere para düşse duyuyorsunuz. Odada şampuan, terlik, herhangi bir temizlik ürünü bulunmuyordu (tuvalet kağıdı bulunuyordu). Check-in check-out gayet kolay ve hızlıydı. Ayrılırken denk geldiğim görevli hanım güler yüzlü ve iyiydi. Otelin terası, girişi güzel. Genel olarak fiyat/performans değerlendirmesinde geçer not verilebilir ama tekrar tercih etmem.
