The shower was broken, and water splashed all over the bathroom and onto the toilet.
Some rooms don't have a bathroom. It wasn't clear when I made the reservation, so I ended up booking a room without a bathroom and had to cancel it and rebook.

Do not get a basement level room, we heard stomping all night long. Also no one came in to give us new towels or make up the beds. The towels were also dirty. Booked the place because it was cheap, I see why it is so cheap…. Don’t come here lol

The staff was AMAZING! Amanda in the Parker bar makes a great cocktail and makes you feel welcome. Room was great and so was the location.
