Vacations Close To Castle Hill on the Crane Estate

The stay was very comfortable. The front desk staff, Nancy was very helpful.

I highly recommend Encore. I didn’t have a chance to experience the spa but the staff in general, was very helpful and friendly. I have yet to have a bad meal there. The food is extraordinary. I will definitely return to Encore soon.

Room was super clean and the staff was very very helpful. I enjoyed the stay. It was 3 of us in a room and they also gave us a roller bed so each of got our own bed. Excellent stay

Very nice hotel. Initial room we were given had drain smell but we were moved quickly. Staff were generally very helpful too.

The staff was incredibly kind and professional. Even though I only stayed for one night, everyone I encountered was polite and helpful. Thank you very much for the excellent service.

Fairly spacious room with clean bathroom and mini fridge a nice touch. Wish there was a smart tv though. The blinds were also not helpful enough when it comes to blocking out the soon so I should’ve brought a sleep mask. Overall though a seamless hotel check in and very smooth experience with very very minor nitpicky complaints. I would come back tbh.
