“I came with a friend to run Salina Crossroads and the hotel was fine. There was an extremely strong smell in the elevator and our room, but after getting an air freshener it wasn’t so bad. Very quiet and beds were comfy. Decent breakfast.”

“It’s a place to sleep. Not very clean. There were stains on the bedding and towels. Crumbs in the corners and on the lounge chair. Hair all over the bathtub and shower. But I at least got to sleep!”

“Wonderful! My mom went to college here in the 50’s and it was such a gift to stay here when I was in town. Communication with the host was great, she was very responsive and quick to messages. Can’t wait to stay here again.”

“Sleeping in a Caboose! It’s a quiet, off the beaten path rail car surrounded by woods, renovated to the same standards as a tiny house with AC, bathroom, kitchenette, a pull-down Murphy bed, and quiet. Tracey is the contact and she is a wonderful host. Definitely worth a stay if you are in central Kansas a few days!”

“Excelente hotel”

“They don’t change sheets or clean room for three days. Dresser draws won’t stay shut. Coffee pot broken. Bugs crawling across bed.”
