The staff were super friendly, helpful and honest. Although the main restroom was clean, soap was missing from the dispensers, the workout room looked like it hadn't been kept up, the tvs on the machines were not working,hooked up/didn't work/have a remote control, the water cooler looked like it hadn't been taken care of and the side door which was supposed to be locked to only allow in registered guests did not work.
