“The hotel over all is really nice. The problems are as follows: 1. The pool closes at 6 pm and the beach closes at 5 pm. It so hot durning the day that the best time to use these features is in the evening, but they are closed. Sunset on the beach? Nope. 2. The path to the aquarium closes at 5 pm but the aquarium closes at 7pm. So the hotel is really nice, the problem is that the reason you are probably choosing this hotel is the beach and the aquarium, and those are experiences are worsened...

“Shibata-san at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. Her English was excellent and she explained everything we needed from how to use the key pads to enter our room, to where to park to her recommendations for where to eat. ”

“Staff was AMAZING, lots of parking, super clean and gorgeous rooms. Unfortunately the spa was closed for women when we were there and they don’t allow tattoos so my partner couldn’t use the men’s spa”
