Certainly to explore the historic local towns and the rich rolling hills, but equally to sit at Domaine Labouroume and enjoy a bottle of wine looking out over the Bearnaise countryside. Beautiful rooms (cool even in the heatwave), wonderful food cooked by the truly inspiring owners. Magical and memorable.”
