Saint-Mathieu-de-Beloeil Vacations

The location was really the only thing good about this hotel. I requested an early check in (just one and a half hours early) 24 hours prior to arrival as instructed and was told that the room was already clean and that it was no problem. Upon arrival, the room was in fact not ready and the cleaner was still there. We could not open the lockbox so the cleaner helped us. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the level of cleanliness overall was not good. The fan in the bathroom was not in working order. The bathroom door was a barn door that did not close properly and did not provide privacy. The kitchen supplies were lacking. The noise from the hallway was constant. I messaged the host a couple of times and their response time was always very quick. Until a MOUSE ran out into the kitchen from under the diswasher on the last night of my stay. I could hear it scurrying around under the kitchen cabinets. This is an old building in downtown Montreal, so I know that this is not uncommon. However, in my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel. I did not feel comfortable staying there for my last night so I left and found accommodations elsewhere. I contacted the host multiple times regarding this and was ignored. I absolutely do NOT recommend staying here.

Very helpful staff. Well situated. Super clean and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Loved the retro style.

We loved this spot. The room was super cute. The staff was very nice. The location was steps from bustling Old Montreal.

Perfect location. Great linen/bed Big beautiful windows needed a cleaner. Otherwise, opening the window wide fixed that and let the city sounds in too.
