“The property well located. The staff were helpful. Unfortunately the room we were in was not very nice. We booked a superior room. We were allocated what was referred to as a junior suite. Bed and bedding were clean and comfortable but carpets were really dirty and stained as was the small settee and the room didn’t smell good. “Wonderful room.. No TV, which we knew, and that was a pleasure. Staff very polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. The Wi-Fi will be needed, if you want the internet, as poor reception. Excellent breakfast to top it all. Third visit, we'll be back again, maybe next year. :)”

“Staff on check in were really lovely, friendly and helpful. Carried our suitcases upstairs which was much appreciated and provided iron and ironing board within minutes. Room 14 is a safety hazard! Tiny step in to the bathroom which is really easy to miss and I actually had a bad fall when staying. There's also a step down in to the bedroom part of the room, so be really careful if you stay in this room. Someone had pre set an alarm on the TV to 5:45am so if you stay here, make sure to check...
