They had 5 of 9 elevators in the 20 story tower down for maintenance for the entire Labor Day weekend. What a nightmare on such a busy weekend. 20+ minute waits every time you wanted to go to or leave your room. Since everyone was waiting so long everyone overloaded the elevators which was scary when they started making crazy noises. Also barely anyone working there especially on check-in. Lines were terrible

I lost my credit card and the staff found it and was very honest and saw that I got it back. Also it was wonderful that we had maid services every day!!

The staff was rude. And not helpful. When I was locked out of my room I got harassed before I got a new a card. HORRIBLE staff and security.
