Un sĂ©jour trĂšs dĂ©cevant, dans un hĂŽtel qui n'est pas digne du label "Mercure". Climatisation trĂšs bruyante dans la chambre, qui a un grand besoin d'ĂȘtre rafraichie. Comme dans certains pays du tiers monde, les salles de l'accueil, en bas, sont conformes au standard "Mercure". Mais les chambres sont vraiment indignes.

L'hÎtel est bien trop vétuste, les rideaux tombent, la moquette trÚs usagers et pas propre. Il est impératif de rénover cet hÎtel.

amateurs de déco moderne, passez votre route !

il est important de savoir que cet hotel dispose de chambres rénovées, et d'autres NON rénovées. J'ai fait un saut dans une atmosphÚre vintage 70's assez impressionnante. Moquette orange usée et délavée, salle de bain hors d'ùge.... Heureusement que tout cela ne touchait que la déco et l'ambiance, et que le lit était confortable, et l'hotel sans nuisance sonore. Pas de rénovation envisagée d'aprÚs les réceptionnistes car déménagement dans quelques mois.

Gut gelegen am Parc de l'Europe. Das wars aus! Der Parkplatz ist ein besserer Feldweg mit aufgebrochenem Teer und Stolperfallen fĂŒr FußgĂ€nger und Rollkoffer! Das Personal unfreundlich und nicht sehr informativ. Die KĂŒche ist bei Fleischgerichten ausreichend. Die Zimmer sind alt und abgewohnt und die Einrichtung fĂ€llt auseinander. Dreck im Aufzug bleibt gerne mal ein paar Tage liegen. Meine Empfehlung: Nicht buchen, es gibt bessere Hotels!

Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l'hĂŽtel, le personnel n'a pas trouvĂ© de rĂ©servation Ă  notre nom. Visiblement il y a eu un bug informatique entre expedia et l'hĂŽtel. L'hotel n'avait plus de chambre 3 personnes disponible. Heureusement un couple arrivĂ© en mĂȘme temps que nous nous a proposĂ© sa chambre 3 personnes (leur fille Ă©tait adulte alors que nous Ă©tions avec un enfant).

Attention aux chambres du 5Úme étage, elles sont défraichies et en trÚs mauvais état, propreté douteuse, odeur de tabac, rideaux mal fixés. AprÚs changement de chambre nous avons eu une chambre correctes sans porte de séparation sur le couloir.

La chambre, et surtout la salle de bains, sont indignes d'un Hotel quatre étoiles. Salle de bains plus que vieillotte. Robinetterie d'un autre ùge. Moquette et murs de la chambre douteux. HÎtesse d'accueil pas forcément avenante ni sympathique. Heureusement la literie et le service du restaurant sauvent un peu le séjour. Rénovation des chambres et SDB obligatoires!!

Un bon rafraichissement nécessaire

Cadre et personnel trÚs agréable. En revanche un bon rafraichissement est nécessaire pour continuer à justifier les 4 étoiles et le prix (moquette à changer, baignoire changé à priori depuis peu mais aucune finition n'est faite).

No hay muchos hoteles de buena calidad en Saint-Etienne y por eso se supone, este hotel puede cobrar lo que cobra por unas instalaciones muy justas. No esperes gran calidad. Ojo con el precio del desayuno también.
