Dommage le froid gâche tout

Chambre glaciale. La procédure d'arrivée tardive consiste à nous laisser la clef sur le rebord de la fenêtre ouverte. Autant dire que la chambre est frigorifique quand on y entre en pleine nuit en plein hiver, et ne se réchauffe pas car la grande souffleuse n'envoie pas d'air chaud. Le lendemain on m'a laissé dans ma chambre un tout petit chauffage électrique : chauffe sur l'instant mais ne maintient aucune chaleur : il faut donc choisir entre dormir dans le bruit insupportable du radiateur ou l'éteindre mais finir congelé... L'isolation est mauvaise et on sent l'air passer par la fenêtre même quand les volets sont fermés. Cet aspect gâche vraiment tout le voyage ! La chambre est également très peu lumineuse et l'éclairage est peu efficace. Dommage car en soi la literie est confortable, et le petit dej est vraiment top. La jeune femme à l'accueil redore vraiment le niveau de l'hôtel, elle a une bonne humeur très communicative et est pleine d'énergie, malgré des horaires qui semblent lourdes (le soir à 21h elle était au restaurant et le matin elle gerait déjà le petit déjeuner avec un grand sourire). J'ai aimé le menu proposé au restaurant : service rapide et bons produits.

Arrivée entre 16h30 17h. On a du sonner a plusieurs reprise pour pouvoir entrer sur le parking. Attente longue à l'accueil Chambre avec serviette sale, on a dû appeler la femme de menage pour avoir des propres. Petit déjeuner avec peu de choix.
