Our room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor near the elevator which was a little noisy. Also, the traffic felt like it was going to come through the window. Have stayed here before without any noise issues. Will definitely request a second floor room next time.

The room was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room was clean and well-kept. The attendant was constantly checking the food and supplies and willing to help anyone with their specific needs. It is located downtown Bay City and is surrounded by the main roads but it was well sound conditioned so once you walked in you couldn't hear the traffic whizzing by constantly. It was also walkable to many restaurants which was great since we didn't want to have to get into the car again to drive to a restaurant. They also have a wonderful indoor pool.

Specifically rented at the comfort inn due to the advertised airport shuttle. Attended a wedding two blocks away from the hotel. No rental car or hassle . Perfect! Unfortunately, once we landed in MBS airport and called for the shuttle service at 5pm on Friday 9/11. I was informed there was no service. When I asked what could be done to accommodate this situation, I was told nothing but so sorry. Budget rental gain. So, I would pass on this hotel and stay at the Double Tree next door.

Breakfast was good, comparative to others. Staff great! Moldy smelling hallways and our 4th floor room. Carpet in our room felt we. When I spilled a little water on the ceramic floor in my room and wiped it up so no one would slip the wash cloth, wiping it up made the wash cloth filthy. Elevator was hardly working or very very slow. We took the stairs 95% of the time. Walking distance from some nice places though.
