“We used a pet friendly filter and neither Orbitz or the hotel mentioned there was a $25 pet fee. It should have been added on the price when we booked! Our good bargain wasn’t a good bargain after all. 😠”

“What a fun stay! The bar crew was amazing - front desk super helpful. Rooms were remodeled and clean, patio was messy and the screen was broken so it was unusable.”

“The room was basic and overpriced and the staff didn’t seem to like being bothered. They were very short and seemed unhappy. But the shower had amazing water pressure so they made up for it with that!!”

“With the wooden doors to the room, it would easily be possible to kick it open. Unfortunately, there is no safety latch inside the room to stop/slow down entry by anyone not welcome into the room. Recommend some safety latches be installed. Other than that, I found the room to be sufficient for my needs and the area was actually quiet.”

“The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). The outside door would not work with our keys at all. The beds were quite uncomfortable. But everything else was great! Oh! The shower...

“Ni un solo día pasaron a limpiar mi habitación. Encontré muchas cosas sucias en la habitación. No servía el elevador, teníamos maletas muy pesadas y tuvimos que subirlas por escalera. No servía el aire acondicionado, todo el tiempo tuvimos que moverlo manualmente. El personal de la recepción muy, muy amable siempre y también el del comedor. Las chicas de limpieza les pedí limpiarán mi habitación pero no lo hicieron en toda nuestra estancia. Lo lamento pero no regreso.”
