“Charming bed and breakfast. The owners/hosts were very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the property. The gardens outside were lovely. Breakfast was delightful with coffee served in real chinaware and flowers on the table! The extra cost is well worth it. Such a different experience from staying at a chain hotel. Made for some great memories!!”

“Emaculate historic inn within a couple blocks of many ships and restaurants. The owners very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant is most likely the best in town. A must stay when visiting Black Mountain.”

“It is an old house, so don't expect modern amenities. We love the feel of the place especially the rocking chair porches. The staff girls are the best part of the BnB. She even noticed right away when my truck wouldn't start and gave me a jump. We have stayed here two times so far and will always make "The Charleston" our first choice. Nice and close to the business district where all the stores and restaurants are located. Lots of interesting historical places to visit as well. See you...
