“Had to ask for clean towels and coffee sachets. Also had to ask for room to be cleaned and bedding changed after 3 days. So a 7 day stay only changed once. Lights not working. Shower connected to taps so unable to control water temperature. Shaving light above sink not working. Towel rail in bathroom got dangerously hot and was held together with insulating tape. A small step down to the room had no hazard warning tape or aluminaton, tripped over going out and fell down going in.”

I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. “Pod was spotless and very well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with a double bed and double sofa bed. Parking beside the pod which would easily fit 2 cars. The site was very clean and well presented. Check in was very easy and the owner was very informative and friendly. Very well stocked shop. My only downside which was no ones fault, we arrived on a very hot day and the pod was extremely hot. Luckily we bought fans with us. We slept with the...

“We booked (2) Deluxe Apartments for two nights, and both rooms were super spacious, equipped, and clean. We had other family staying at The Wenns and their room was also nice. The communication beforehand was excellent, and they were always very helpful. The Wenns is conveniently located in the heart of Kings Lynn. Great pub, too!”
