“The hotel clerk was new and was not well trained. Check in took over 10 minutes and she had to put us in a different room after initially giving us a room with no electronic lock. The next room was a smoker room (booked non-smoking) and it was hot as the A/C wasn't on. Also the bed was not fully made and we had to go ask for a full roll of toilet paper. Also homeless people were congregated outside the hotel by the dumpster.”

The room smells bad from the hallways, especially the room, the carpet is full of white stains, with mold, unsafe and dirty windows, mirrors as if they were never cleaned, dirty bathroom, dirty shower with used soaps, cockroaches on the walls and the towels as if they were already used.
