“The hotel clerk was new and was not well trained. Check in took over 10 minutes and she had to put us in a different room after initially giving us a room with no electronic lock. The next room was a smoker room (booked non-smoking) and it was hot as the A/C wasn't on. Also the bed was not fully made and we had to go ask for a full roll of toilet paper. Also homeless people were congregated outside the hotel by the dumpster.”

“Check in and didn’t even stay because the rooms smelled so bad and we returned the key advising that we didn’t want the rooms because of the care and they called us late at night about not checking in and that our room was gonna be given to someone else. ”

The room smells bad from the hallways, especially the room, the carpet is full of white stains, with mold, unsafe and dirty windows, mirrors as if they were never cleaned, dirty bathroom, dirty shower with used soaps, cockroaches on the walls and the towels as if they were already used. “Todo bien, lo único malo es que me cobraron doble, ya que al final yo opte por pagar en efectivo, y checando días después la app de mi tarjeta de crédito me doy cuenta que también hicieron el cargo a la tarjeta, Ya envié un correo electrónico pero aún no recibo respuesta, espero me puedan ayudar por este medio”

“Habitaciones muy sucias sin limpiar las camas tienen chinches pedí una habitación no fumadores y apestaba a cigarro malísima experiencia nunca volveré ni lo recomiendo ”
