No soap in the shower dispenser. Room was loud at night. Big room. Dated interior and exterior. Staff was great. Location is difficult. There is no designated loading zone.

The apartment is nice, but the balcony doors are broken and won't open; the microwave also needs repair, and the dining table is broken.

Well appointed rooms, helpful staff, and an unbeatable location! Totally recommended!

M room was amazing. Newly refurbished on 11th floor with great view of ocean. Really large with a big seating area and decent balcony. Big TV. Dressing room area was fab with plenty mirrors and plugs (several people could get ready at same time). Only small things I could think of that could make it even better would be dressing gowns, handwash at the sink and some more drawers. I was on my own so fine for me but 2 people would struggle with lack of storage space if there for prolonged period.. but overall amazing experience. Pool loungers have a hood over them to shield sun/rain (if any!!). Dukes bar amazing views over beach and Diamond Head. Enjoyed several meals and cocktails there. Would thoroughly recommend hotel!

Beware, very very limited space for parking. We stayed 3 nights and had to pay $105 to park in the lot across the busy street $35 plus taxes. The staff are super friendly and the female housekeeper was so sweet and accommodating! The property is old, our room was so warm and the a/c was at 65 and unable to adjust it. No phone or microwave in the “kitchenette “ room we booked. Linens were clean no bad odors from the pillows. All in all I unfortunately would not stay again.
