Vacations Close To Rowell's Waterfront Park

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay this suite is NOT recommended. You can hear motorcycles and racing cars at all hours of the night. Valet is $60 per night mandatory payment required upon check in for the entire length of your stay tips not included. This is not stated in the description prior to booking. BEWARE.

Hilton Prices, Motel Standards — Extremely Disappointing! At nearly $400 per night, including the resort fee, I expected much better. The valet entrance is poorly designed, causing cars to back up into busy traffic. Parking costs $58 per night because my small SUV was considered “oversized.” The lobby is outdated, but the real disappointment was our room. Bed frames were falling apart, the bathroom faucet was loose, shower gel wasn’t refilled, and worst of all, the heavy glass shower door had a broken upper hinge. It was hanging dangerously, and I genuinely feared it could fall and shatter. I reported everything to management and was promised immediate action. Three to four hours later, nothing had been done. Only after complaining again did maintenance arrive. Even then, not everything was properly fixed. At the beach, only two chairs were included despite our party of four. Additional chairs cost $25 each, and an umbrella another $38. What exactly does the $35 resort fee cover? To be fair, the valet attendants and several staff members were genuinely welcoming and helpful. They deserve recognition. Unfortunately, their efforts couldn’t make up for the property’s poor condition and management’s lack of urgency. It’s not about the money. It’s about the value, safety, and service you receive for it. This property carries the Hilton name and price tag but fails to deliver the experience. Extremely disappointing. I won’t return.

The staff was wonderful and the amenities really made the stay! It was a prime location with walkability to anywhere we wanted to go!

I stayed here for a business trip and was very impressed. The check-in process was quick, the room was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again
