“We reserved a hotel stay. Reservation was paid, but a few days following, we received a text message from the management informing us that this establishment currently runs as a bed & breakfast. This was absolutely not what we wanted. We promptly asked for a refund on the basis of inapropriate advertising. Refund was denied.”

“Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.! Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly. Was a wonderful week🙂”
