“I imagine this place was beautiful back in the day. But now is really outdated. The room was very simple and clean. Nothing special, no decor on walls, very small tv in room. The cottages look very outdated and in need of some TLC. There is a pool on site which included very outdated seating and lawn furniture and overgrown grass and weeds. They are in need of a landscaper/handyman. It looks like mostly teenagers/young adults are running the place. There is an ice maker on site but no vending...

“I like the woman who owns the place, just nice ad well ss competent. The property is compact but well located. There is
a good place to eat across the street also well known ice cream store and a supermarket. Be ready to accept the property is old-school but perfectly respectable.”
