Make sure to drive around and really see this Rockport area before heading up to Acadia National Park. It is beautiful !!!

The Rockport/Rockland/Camden area was beautiful in the fall when we visited. We stayed in the area and did day trips from there.

We would like to visit again, hopefully the weather will be better. Also, had hoped foliage would be closer to peak but apparently warm fall delayed turning.
