Vacations Close To Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse

The breakfast was awful!

We absolutely LOVED our experience at the glampground! It exceeded our expectations. The owner thought of every detail, and even reached out with Acadia tips and things to know ahead of time. If we come back to Acadia again, we will definitely have this place at the top of our list!

Nice spot that is very close to bar harbor. Very clean and great for a large amount of people.

Great location! Just a 3min walk from the free island explorer shuttle to the north (Bar Harbor Campground stop) and an amazing BBQ and ice cream place to the south (Mainely Meat BBQ/Udder Heaven Ice Cream). The pool was lovely, the staff was friendly, and it was exactly what we expected.

The place was very comfy and clean. It is close to the Acadia national park entrance and about 15mins from bar harbor downtown (not too bad but not super close but since everyone has a car, it's not inconvenient. The host was pretty responsive over messages however there are a few things that either we missed or weren't mentioned. There is no air conditioning in the living area where the sofa bed is. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. No dishwasher. They have a common laundry area which we found convenient with a baby and they had a pack n play and high chair which weren't advertised which was also great. The checkout is 10am which is a bit on the earlier side as compared to other places we stayed. And last, they want you to treat it like an Airbnb and clear your trash.
