“ Outside noise is crazy otherwise everything else is good”

“It was just a rundown Property as I arrived late and had a reservation for three rooms with double beds in it paid extra for it. Also, the rooms are not available. He gave this room that had queen size beds in it and that was a problem as you are not couples staying in the same room. The person at the counter did not speak any other language than Arabic so it was hard to communicate not to ask for any thing from him. The rooms are leaking water in the bathroom and the door locks were not working...

“The staff are incredibly helpful. Mahrous particularly on reception can’t do enough to help. But as a European traveler staying in lots of hotels, I cannot overly recommend this hotel as there are no amenities. I will stay again if visiting Riyadh for personal reasons (and for price!), but for business I have to stay somewhere better equipped to serve a business travelers needs. ”
