“These were rental apartments which have repurposed as serviced apartment/hotel style, the outlook is reasonable, but the apartment themselves still has old layout, the floor, windows, washrooms are not good, we had leakage and drainage issues in both the washrooms. Considering overall conditions these apartments are over-priced for the rent they are charging. The receptionist did not know English at all, which made communication very difficult.”

“The price and location was good but some of the staff (especially the night shift guy(s)) do not speak enough English. There was no towel when I checked in. They brought me a towel with dirt marks on it. Second night, a guy ring my bell at 11:30 pm and asked me if I am checking out or not that night!!! I was sleeping and there were 2 more night for me to check out! The price is cheaper but there is a reason for it!”
