Vacations Close To Riverwalk Outlets

I stayed here for a 5-day, 4-night solo trip and had a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, but what really stood out was how friendly and helpful the staff was. From the moment I stepped out of the car, everyone I encountered (from the front desk to the concierge and other staff throughout the hotel) was welcoming, courteous, and helpful. My room was beautiful and very spacious, with a great city view. It was comfortable, well maintained, and gave me plenty of room to relax and enjoy my stay. Housekeeping serviced my room daily and did a great job. Everything was cleaned and replenished each day, so I never had to call or request additional towels, toiletries, or anything else for the room. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful and relaxing. The sauna was unfortunately out of service during my stay, but that was really the only amenity I wasn’t able to enjoy. The breakfast buffet was great, and I also liked having a bar on-site with TVs. I especially appreciated the hotel’s security. A room key card is required to use the elevators to access the guest floors, which made me feel more comfortable traveling alone. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was fantastic. Right in the middle of the French Quarter. We were walking distance from everything. It’s a block away from ACME and Felix’s. Also a block away from the trollers on Canal. Mr Ed’s, the restaurant attached to the hotel was also fantastic. The hotel gave us coupons for 15% off so that was great. The only downside is the parking. It’s like $60 a day to park here.

Room interior is nice & beds where very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Were definitely coming back again.
