We were greeted at the front by a very helpful young man who gave us parking info, valet or public parking around the back of the hotel, and then helped us unload, check-in, correct I mistake I had made when making the reservation, helped get our luggage to the room and answered questions we had about the area.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The only negative thing was the ice maker on the third floor was having trouble keeping up with demand. I seem to have this issue with most hotels I stay at for some reason. Ice was next to the open stairwell. So, the second floor ice machine was only a few steps away.
A beautiful old hotel with great staff. We can't wait to return when the weather gets a little cooler.

Wonderful and beautiful place to stay, such amazing staff Chuck was wonderful. Do be careful on those metal stairs in the back though after it rains I busted my butt slipping down lol.
