I love this hotel! I would not stay anywhere else! Clean hotel! Great music in the game room, great drinks, beautiful views from our room, lots to do in Panama.

Gym open 24/7 its great the swimming pool was warm and good open for many hours the room very good many places to put the equipment The breakfast was good need to put some vegetables like tomatoes and peppers

Yes, The First Room That They Assigned To Me Was Not The Best In Terms Of Cleanliness, HOWEVER, The Management And Employees Rectified All Problems And Concerns… Once Addressed, I Was Placed In One Of The Best Rooms, With A Wonderful City View Of Panamá. I Received Exceptional Hospitality From Room Service, And Phenomenal Courtesy Service From The Waiters, And Front Desk Staff!!! Pooja Mayani, The Hotel Manager, Attentiveness And Wonderful Conversations Made My Stay Even More Delightful! The Most Memorable Experience At Plaza Paitilla Inn Was When Mrs. Pooja And The Restaurant Staff Surprised Me Singing “Happy Birthday” With A Beautiful Birthday Cake On My Birthday While I Was Eating Breakfast!
