This was the absolute most beautiful hotel, the bed was so comfortable, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Juan. I would definitely stay here again if the chance was available.

Very nice boutique hotel. I had stayed at the Marriott across the street for the first few days, which is run down, slow service and has improper lighting to apply makeup - it is just old and not well kept. Conversely, this hotel has character and was cleaner and newer, I enjoyed it much more. Please note, at Flor de India you have to enter the given code into the box to the left of the entry gate, then pull down the box to access the physical key you need to unlock the gate. The key sometimes gets stuck; however, the nightime employee will come assist in such a case. Once inside you will receive a URL link to check yourself in online. You need to log in to the hotel's wifi first and then copy and paste the link into a browser to submit your payment. I'm giving these extra details hoping it will set others expectations and also provide help. Very nice stay and I would choose this hotel over the Marriott next time too.
