This Inn has a great location and good staff, breakfast included is good. Rooms need to be remodeled and cleaned more carefully. You can hear people’s conversations and everything that happens in neighbors rooms. The pool area is ok, but there are many cats wandering around the area. The place has potential, but needs more care.

Clean room, the staff was knowledgeable and courteous; an older property but well kept and managed. Very conveniently located. Plenty of hot water (if you know, you know). We traveled to San Juan for SanSe and spent the evening in Arecibo on the way home to San German.

The breakfast was good, could be better. The a/c may require a more btu's for the size of the room, but it was good. The room was very clean and sanitize. As a recomendation, the window needs a curtain to prevent sun light in the morning.

We ended up leaving after one night. The sheets were stained and the room was not what was pictured in the photos. The walls were paperthin, we could hear everything loud and clear in the room next to us. The ceiling tiles were falling. There was only one chair available at the table. The room felt like a hospital room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. Just wish the property was in better order.

I would say a good value with a Marcos Pizza on site with a bar.. Clean and away from a major city. Had a samll refrigerator in the room. Air conditioner worked as it should. Many towels. 2 pools that are cleaned daily.. Nothing is far in Puerto Rico with a car. It too a minute for hot water to hit my shower head, but we had hot water.

Clean was clean to acceptable level (not excellently cleaned), regarding staff we only saw the front desk attendant (outstanding service, very knowledgeable of his duties), pool was not conditioned to be used when we arrived (Sunday March 08 at around 4PM), rooms does not have a kitchen. As a matter of fact in a previous note - concerning the check in - I commented that administration should consider adding at least a coffee pot in the rooms.

The AC worked great. The hot water was good—it takes a little time to heat up, but once it does, it gets very hot, which was amazing. The staff was decent overall, though the gentleman at check-in seemed a bit unsure. The room cleanliness was okay. On the first day, I put out the sign for cleaning, but no one came. On the second day, I went to the front desk and spoke directly to a staff member while also putting the sign out again. I specifically requested that the trash be taken out, and they did take care of it. By the third day, housekeeping did a good job. One downside was that they didn’t provide enough toilet paper, so we had to request more throughout our stay. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked large and clean, and there’s also a baby/toddler area. They offer breakfast, but we chose not to eat there. I did like that there’s a pizza place connected to the hotel where breakfast is served—the pizza was good and very convenient. Overall, it was a good stay.
