“Everything was amazing. Oliver was beyond helpful and kind!”

“Room was ok, clean, but lacked wardrobe space. Bizarrely we were in an accessible room which we didn't ask for so the bathroom was as you would expect in a care home. Breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about. Bacon was good, thick cut and tasty. Fried egg was overcooked for my liking as was the sausage. Nice croissant, and good options on cereals. Tea was self service and sadly from a heated urn and any tea lover will know we need boiling water for a decent cuppa!”

“Very noisy hotel. Surrounded by the motorway and a road and with a horrible acoustics isolation. The wifi does not work properly. On the positive side, the staff is very professional and nice and the breakfast is very complete. ”

“Very clean room but the shower could be improved. It is set into the wall so taller visitors have to bend down to wet their hair. The water was hot so no problems with actually taking a shower once hair was wet. Excellent food and choice of drinks. Staff were friendly and keen to ensure we were served quickly without fuss.”

“Room clean and comfortable , friendly staff.”
