“Gute Küche und Zimmer, aber das Personal an der Rezeption ist eine Katastrophe. Die Firmendaten für die Rechnung habe ich beim Check-In angegeben. Beim Checkout hat man darauf keinen Rücksicht genommen und denen die Schuld gegeben, die nicht da waren. Nachdem ich es eingefordert hatte, schickten sie mir die Rechnung auf meinen Namen und nun habe ich es dreimal eingefordert und keine Antwort erhalten.
