The entire staff was absolutely excellent. However, our room had mold on the ac unit, on the wall above the AC unit, around the windowsills, on the ceiling, and along the caulk in the bathroom. Our shower drained very poorly and filled with water, so we had to wait 30 minutes between showers, and the toilet did not flush well. Despite having a staff with excellent customer service, the property needs maintenance.

Enjoyed the stay and the staff. There was a stain on the rug in the hotel room and one of the trashcans was not emptied. The bathroom fan had a loud and strange sound and the toilet did not flush well, possibly needed more water flowing in the tank. The toilet tissue kept sticking to the sides of the toilet, requiring multiple flushes or had to use a object to push the tissue from the sides. There also were no bar soap in the bathroom, only liquid soap for both the shower and the sink. It is always good to have an option to use bar soap. Other than that, there were no other issues. Carl

I have definitely been to better hotels. The room was okay, was very worn and needed repairs. The bathroom door didn't close without slamming it. There was hair on the floor and in the tub. There were kids running all down the halls and in the elevator. Coffee said all day, but it wasn't while we were there. The breakfast was good. :)

We had two problems. 1. My family really needed 2 queen beds in each room. We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen Ed’s in each room through Expedia. However, when we checked in at 8pm the hotel had given away all the rooms with 2 queen beds. They said room with a king and a pull out sofa was just as good. It is not. The pull out sofas are never as comfortable as a bed. They said they were sold out and there was nothing we could do. I made the reservation to avoid this type of thing, but it didn’t do us any good. 2. There was a soccer tournament with pre teen boys running up and down the halls on all floors and no one supervising them or telling them to stop. Several other guests would ask them to stop. No one from the hotel intervene. The rooms themselves were quite large and clean. The bed as comfortable, the pull out sofa was not.
