Great place we enjoyed the pool the restaurants the staff was also great!!

Staff members were helping as needed. The property needs to be repaired/ maintained. The room had broken bed, uncomfortable mattress and worn out couch and chairs. Closet and bathroom were not cleaned (found hairs……). Great kitchen and nice space at all. The staff members helped us in fixing the bed and the mattress. The other odd thing is that I booked via Expedia a one bedroom with two beds ( one for us, and separate bed to our child), but they gave us a room with a single bed inside ( not a big deal, but our child was not happy with it)

Rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Carpet smelled like urine. Couches had stains. Not worth the price. Unit needs renovation. Old furniture. We didn't even get housekeeping. Our housekeeping service was skipped. Lady did not understand English. We asked her to come back later and she never showed up.

My experience at Sands Ocean club resort was excellent. My room was clean. The staff was great. I love the beach with you from my balcony window. I’m pretty sure I will be returning next year.

Very close to the beach. If you are traveling with teens, the private bedroom is great! and having a washer/dryer in the room was very nice.

The room floor was not mop it was filthy, the couch has the worst smell where the livingroom smells so bad I had to air freshener, the door didn't close all the way, one of the bed each time sit on it makes creaking noise. This room look it hasn't been clean or stay in for a long time

54 minute late check in with NO ACCOMMODATIONS & Fire Alarms going off 3 different times in the middle of the night while all the guest wait outside in the rain for the “false alarms” they couldn’t get control of. Huge Water Bugs in the 1st floor room. Worst place I stayed on any vacation so far, wouldn’t recommend for free. Nice pools tho I guess.
