“Set in a beautiful location amongst the trees just outside the town, but easily walkable to the pretty town centre. The hospitality was fantastic. Sean is so knowledgeable and helped us with lots of information about the wider area. He is also a super host and made us instantly comfortable. Breakfast was superb - we have stayed in quite a few B&Bs in north Wales now, and this is definitely the best breakfast we've experienced on our trip. We also had the company of a host of garden birds...

“The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly. ”

“Room was clean but stuffy due to heat, even with window open. A fan would have helped, and enabled closing the window to cut late night noise from outside. Staff were good and food was good. They were happy to allow me to leave my car on the hotel car park after checkout so we could go out for te mornimg”

“Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved.”
